Set within a 10 000 hectare private concession this is truly the “Gem of Kruger”. Hamiltons Tented Camp was named after Colonel Stephenson Hamilton, who was instrumental in establishing the world famous Kruger National Park.

 

Hamiltons Tented Camp epitomises luxury with an outstanding safari experience. Magnificent tented suites complete with teak floorboards, dreamy mosquito nets, slipper baths, outdoor showers and a superb view of the complete seasonal river, linked to the main lodge area by raised timber walkways amongst ancient Jackalberry trees.

Idube is situated in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve, adjoining the Kruger National Park in South Africa. Idube Game Reserve traverses approximately 10 000 hectares of wildlife area and is home to the big 5 animals, as well as a large variety of other animals. A great draw card for guests is leopards, lions and all of the Big 5 that are frequently seen in the Sabi Sands. 

 

This world renowned reserve is known for conservation efforts, particularly in protecting rhino. The reserve is also extending its efforts to the community on the borders of the Sabi Sands, Mpumalanga, in uplifting and improving their conditions, as well as their understanding of the value of the reserve for the future. Idube is proud to be part of these good works.

The chalets are all decorated individually and also have baths, inside and outside showers, as well as private decks.  Wi-fi is available, rooms have hairdryers and safes. These comfortable rooms offer a safe, cool haven between activities.

All the rooms feature spacious rooms and decks leading to private pools. Each room has its own well stocked mini bar, baths, inside and outside showers, hairdryer, safe and wi-fi.
