DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1-4: Windhoek to Little Kulala

You will fly from Windhoek to Little Kulala, where you will spend 3 nights. Little Kulala is a luxurious desert retreat located in the private Kulala Desert Reserve, alongside the NamibRand Nature Reserve.

Nestled amidst the dunes, Little Kulala boasts panoramic views and an eco-friendly design. Think thatched roofs, local stone, and open-air spaces seamlessly blending with the landscape. The main area features a lounge, bar, library, and infinity pool overlooking the dunes.  Eleven luxurious suites with private decks offer stunning desert vistas. Each suite has an en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, a king-size bed, and air conditioning.

While at Kulala you can enjoy various activities such as guided nature walks, e-biking adventures, quad-biking, stargazing, and visits to the iconic red sand dunes of Sossusvlei and Deadvlei - via a private gate. Hot air balloon rides are optional.

Includes lodge flights, all meals and locally supplied drinks, safari activities and park fees

Day 4-7: Little Kulala to Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp

You will then fly from Little Kulala to Swakopmund and then continue up to Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp, where you will spend the next 3 nights. This camp is located in one of the most remote areas of Namibia, offering a truly unique and unforgettable experience.   Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp embraces its remote location with a sustainable, minimalist design. The main area features a lounge, bar, and dining deck with expansive desert views. Six spacious canvas tents with wooden decks offer privacy and comfort. Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, king-size bed, and mosquito nets.

During your stay here, you can enjoy game drives, guided walks, and visits to the rugged Skeleton Coast. The drives along dry riverbeds in this area are renown for supporting desert elephants and desert lions along with reasonable numbers of giraffe and springbok. Geological features of the area are also fascinating.

Includes lodge flights, all meals and locally supplied drinks, safari activities

Day 7-10: Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp to Serra Cafema

From Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp, you will fly to Serra Cafema, where you will spend the next 3 nights. Serra Cafema is a luxury camp located in a remote corner of the Kaokoveld region, on the banks of the Kunene River.

Serra Cafema combines rustic charm with modern amenities. The main area features a lounge, bar, dining deck, and swimming pool overlooking the river and mountains. Eight spacious, elevated tents with private verandas offer breathtaking scenery. Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, king-size bed, and mosquito nets.

This is one of the most diverse destinations in Namibia, you can enjoy a range of activities such as quad biking, nature walks, boat trips on the Kunene and cultural visits to the Himba people, but what really amazes us here is the scenery - a mix of dunes, rivers and mountains and together it makes for one of our very favourite camps and locations in Africa.

Includes lodge flights, all meals and locally supplied drinks, safari activities

Day 10-13: Serra Cafema to Little Ongava

You will then fly down to Little Ongava, where you will spend the last 3 nights of your trip. Little Ongava is a luxurious lodge located on a private reserve on the edge of Etosha National Park.

The primary activity here is game drives in Etosha National Park, as well as guided walks and wildlife viewing on the reserve. Etosha is famous for its elephants that frequent the waterholes during the dry season, the Ongava Reserve also has good viewing and a few hides from which to view wildlife at ground level.
