LEOPARD LOVE, Sabi Sands Safari, South Africa

The most Majestic of all the big cats, Leopards form an important part of the biodiversity in any wildlife area but they are extremely difficult to find. Luckily, our preferred lodges have expert guides and trackers who have become familiar with habits of various leopards that have established themselves on the land they traverse, placing the odds in your favor. The Sabi Sand Nature Reserve in South Africa is very well-known for its leopard activity and during a recent visit to the area, I was privileged to spend a morning with this beautiful male;
